Delivery Update

December 2024 Update

We're working hard to have all orders processed and delivered as soon as possible however we can't guarantee new orders will be delivered by Christmas.

We'll continue dispatching new orders up until Friday 20th December, unless instructed to hold orders until the new year.

Our normal delivery schedule will resume from Monday 6th January 2025, as our team take a break from Monday 23rd December.

Delivery Delays / Tracking

Due to increased parcel volume across the delivery network, both our freight partners (Aramex and Australia Post) are currently experiencing significant delays throughout Australia. 

For the latest updates on your order, please refer to the tracking advice you should have received when your order was dispatched.
