Since the early 2000's, Medhurst Estate has been crafting some of the Yarra Valley's finest wines. With the sole objective of making the best wine possible, careful vineyard management ensures yields are low, averaging two tonnes per acre and providing intensely flavoured fruit.
The 2023 Medhurst Estate Rosé is another top class Yarra Valley example from Medhurst. Opening with wild strawberries, grapefruit and blossom of jasmine nose, with notes of bay leaf in the background. The palate is fine and textured, again cassis and hints of passionfruit. The long chalky delicate line of the wine is trademark of this single vineyard Rose.
